Sharon values deep connections, genuine meaning, abiding peace and playful fun. In her classes, Sharon guides her students through mindful practices of gentle asansa, breathing techniques, and body scans with compassion and sincerity. “I believe yoga is a quest of deep noticing. In the noticing we become aware of obstacles and limitations we place upon ourselves which block us from breathing fully, living fully. The eight-limbed path of yoga is a roadmap for conscious living and healing. The practice never ends.”
Sharon is pursuing her 500 hour Therapeutic Teacher Training, and is a certified Urban Zen IntegrativeTherapist. She also has Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra certification.
