Meet Paul Stewart
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I have been a personal trainer for three years. I have always lived an active and healthy lifestyle and I strive to achieve the same for my clients and friends. My degree in Exercise Science is from Columbus State. After college, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Past experiences include sport specific training in fields such as Rock Climbing, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu. These techniques have given me a unique perspective when creating diverse and fresh fitness programs. I have worked with people of all ages and one of my favorite parts of training is watching my clients surpass their goals, reaching a level of fitness they didn’t think was possible.
Paul’s Training Style
After determining a client’s needs through the initial fitness assessment, I design a program suited uniquely to fit the needs to each individual client. I prefer to use free weights, body weight movements and suspension training over rigid machine work. Injury prevention exercises and extensive stretching methods are included in all of my programs. Functional gains, fun sessions and visible results are what my sessions are all about!
