Yoga strengthens the upper body using your own body weight and serves as a great compliment for climbing. Our yoga instructors teach a variety of yoga styles, accommodating students of all experience levels.
We offer yoga class daily and monthly yoga workshops.
Mats, blocks, and straps are provided with every class.
